Builds for Elincia & Nephenee

So I just summoned both of them at the same time. Elincia is +Def, - HP & Nehphenee is +Spd,-Res. Any good builds for these Iv's?

For Nehphenee you can run the default skills and can work fine, if you can invest in Fury3 instead of Atk/Spd 2 , it will give you almost 41 spd and 34Atk.
According your team the c-skill can be Threaten Atk /Def
