Building Normal Chrom! need help

So I want to create my Shepherds team based solely on Chrom, M!Robin (B!Lyn check), W!Lissa (rein check), and S!Frederick (debuffer)

My chrom is +spd -res and I want to ask how would you build him? right now I'm thinking of making him a specialist by giving him both Triangle adept & Sword breaker.

But I'm kind of scared having 2 TA core's on my team one being robin because then I'd have 2 liability which would be really really weak against their respective opposing colors cuz if I encountered a mono color team I'd lose really fast.

I also fed chrom renewal and reciprocal aid as a battery which would then be my last resort build cuz i really am not sure what to do with him
