Is building a Felicia worth it?

If you attain her refined weapon, Felicia becomes an anti mage threat, because her refinement gives her Felicia's Plate the extra cooldown like Warding Breath whenever she is hit by magic. Additionally her weapon targets the lower of the opponent's Def or Res. With that, her damage output shouldn't be that much of a problem. Her Res is high, so Iceberg or Glacies would go neatly, and she can use stat-reducing Ploy skills. If you give her Fury, her functionality will improve with the increased Spd, Atk, and Res.

Just slap a weapon refinement on her weapon, Fury, Iceberg, and she'll be good enough until you want to put Desperation or Def/Res Ploy on her.

Is she worth building? I can't really answer that for you. She can be a good unit. Super niche, but is one of the best anti-mage units in game, especially now with Felicia's Plate targeting the lower of def and res.

You can see how she performs in YouTube videos and such, so that's probably your best bet in wondering if she's worth building.

She doesnt need THAT much investment to become decent and fun to use.

Her special refine is not that necessary imo. It does make her a complete mage check but id rather her charge up her special to nuke the next unit.

def worth investing if u have spd+ or atk+ on my alt account she carried me thru every map. super easy to merge, can check all mages. destroys any min-max stat enemies. her effect can charge glacies in 1 turn of combat against mages. if u dont double u have glacies ready to proc on anyone. u can use AoE specials to blast clustered teams. can debuff to destroy again with dancer. Imo she is def worth building and can take on a +10 nino anyday. rein? what a joke free special charging.
