Build OTK H.Nowi?

Hello, new user here. Just got Halloween Nowi few days ago. Sadly, the one i got is +atk/-spd, which makes her unable to use Desperation like some build in gamepress or other site. With those 37 raw attack, i think, she can deal big demage that possible to kill enemy even with single attack. Any suggestion to build her? Thanks.

Desperation* not depression*
+atk -spd should be ok, My +def -res nowi barely doubles but still performs well on my team. Halloween nowi is mostly a mobility unit, flier buffer, with the potential to bait and cover green units. She’s really good with guidance 3 sacred seal.

Just build her with Desperation and slap on the Brash Assault Seal. With these two parts, she can literally two hit people for a world of pain. Desperation is HP dependent and so is Brash Assault.

Just in case you did not understand I'll break it down for you. :)

Desperation: under hp threshold, always allows follow up attack to continue uninterrupted - but wait, why would you slap it on if she's -SPD? Hold on, this is where Brash Assault Seal comes in.

Brash Assault Seal 3: under 50% HP, guarantees a follow up attack (aka the 2nd hit) against enemies that can counter.

So it is situational to only Distant Counter threats/ranged units, but hey it works.

EDIT: This is just merely one build. Keep in mind, Guidance seal is just as viable in non Flier Emblem and you don't have to run the stuff I just said.

The only problem I see is getting H!Nowi to 50% health without her dying. You either have to Reciprocate aid somebody at the right amount of hp or argent sacrifice multiple times.
