It depends on what you want her to do because her stats are really mixed. It also depends on her team. Personally for me, I'd choose +Def or +Spd, especially if running Fury Nowi. Her best bane is -HP

For the bane the best would be -hp, for the boon depends in what build you are going to give her:
- For steady/warding breath +def or +res would be the best choice, +def for a more phisical oriented tank or +res for mixed bulk
- For fury +spd would be the best boon

My Nowi (currently +9 in 720-730 matches, my team places between 2000-2500 every week there) is +Atk/-HP. That is my personal favorite set for her. A lot of people dump spd, which is a mistake these days due to the need to sometimes engage on the player phase due to Bold Fighter armor.

Mine is S supported and has the following:
Lightning Breath (+Def)
Reposition
Aether
Steady Breath
Quick Riposte 3
Panic Ploy 3
Distant Def 3 Seal

She is supported by Fae, who has both Rally Spd/Res and Drive Spd 3, giving her the ability to boost Nowi's speed to 40 when needed.

I can't recommend it enough. Not only will your score increase a ton from the swap, but Nowi is (at least for the moment) a top 3 blue unit in my estimation and the best non-5 star exclusive blue option. She's also one of the few units that actually benefits from Aether, whereas most units you just slap them on for bonus score purposes.

-HP is definitely the most desirable bane since you can cover for it with Breath+. I think you can make cases for +Atk, +Spd, and +Def depending if you want a pure bait build. Mine is +Atk. Some people lean toward +Def. I prefer to keep Spd neutral and use buff skills based on opponent to determine whether I want her to get doubled or not as in 90% of cases, I want her to get doubled to trigger Aether.

I have recently pulled +spd/-res nowi and I find her really mediocre. With long awaited Darting Stance now available (and Speed Tactic Glyn coming soon) it may be worth giving a shot, but unbuffed she has 39 spd with Fury and the seal, which is only defensive tier. You'll still have to run QR.

I like +spd -hp at +10. You get a pretty nice player phase with some speed support and avoid some crucial doubles. The bad part of that is bold fighter units will ignore your speed boosting of course, but such units are often easily played around on arena offense. I run the same set as the gamepress page with guard though I might swap her seal and guard to give the qr seal to someone else.
