Build Ideas for non-FE characters

Just a small fan idea from me. These are some fan builds for the four main characters of Earthbound, one of my favorite games period. Tell me how I did. And if you want, feel free to post your own non-FE charater build.

Ness- PSI Powerhouse
Infantry Axe

Baseball Bat- 14 Mt. If unit is attacked (any range), half of damage delt is reflected back to enemy. If the attack is consecutive or doubled, only the first hit will reflect. Reflected damage cannot KO
Rally Def/Res
PSI Magnet (cooldown of 5)- All distant damage delt to unit will be absorbed and converted to HP for one attack. Activated by an enemy attack.
Distant Counter- (i was thinking that because of his psychic, he can attack any distance)
Franklin Badge- If unit is attacked by magic, damage is halved.
Drive Res

Paula- Praying in Pink
Infantry Blue Mage

PK Thunder- 10 mt. If enemy ally(s) is adjacent to target, enemy ally receives same damage that was delt to target.
Pray- Unit rallies two random stats on target ally.
Growing Thunder
Friendship- If unit is adjacent to all allies, grants +5 to all stats for turn for unit and allies.
Desperation
Savage Blow

Jeff- Genius in Progress
Infantry Colorless Bow

Lazer Gun- 13 Mt. if unit initiates combat first, grants +6 Atk during combat. If foe initiates combat first, grants +6 def during combat.
Draw Back
Bottle Rocket Retaliation (cooldown of 4)- if unit is attacked by enemy and survives, 20 damage is delt to enemy and adjacent enemy allies after combat. (Basically a reverse AOE, only it happens after combat)
Kestrel Stance
PSI Blocker Unit- Magic foes cannot counter attack
Infantry Rush

Poo- Focused King
Infantry Sword

Sword of Kings- 16 mt. If unit is attacked, special cooldown +1. If unit has more attack, foe can't use follow up attack.
Reposition
Starstorm (cooldown of 3)- Adds damage from 30% of Atk and spd combined.
Focus- If unit ends turn without attacking, grants +6 Def/Spd
Wrath
Even Attack Wave

So how did I do? I know the personal skills seem a bit much, especially for all of them having three personal skills at once (personal weapon, personal special/support, personal skill). But it's all for fun. Just wanted to do it cause I could. What do you think of them?
