Build -hp +spd Roy?

I have a random -hp +spd Roy I picked up and I hear his Binding Blade Refine is insane and he is a good dragon killer. I already chose to use Masked Marth as my aren dragon killer, but is Roy better at it than she is? Because if he is, I’ll build him and merge him since it’s easier to get him. What do you guys think?

If you put warding breath on him with CD3 seal he is probably better at killing dragons than masked marth

I’ll have to kill my +1 merged +def -hp Ike. Is that worth it?

I wouldn't really do that if you plan on merging an Ike. Either waiting for the next legendary banner or keeping masked marth would probably be better. Though I'd keep the Roy because those ivs are good.
