Depends on what you have to fodder on him. Mine is +def -res and I use brazen atk/def for the a slot, wrath for b and even spd wave on c with either atk 3 or spd 3 sacred seal. There is plenty of ways to build him since his stats are similar to Ayra. Just depends on what you prefer
