Is that Even Speed Wave in his C slot? Which doubles require him to have 57 (!!!) Speed? None, I presume. The excess Spd does you no good unless are Ayra with Regnal Astra. If you want his Spd buffed, Hone Fliers from an ally is a much better option.

With Firesweep, I would go with Galeforce for his special and replace his B skill with Chill Spd or Def or maybe Hit and Run. I would replace Even Spd Wave with Odd Atk Wave. With 58 Atk, Heavy Blade is not guaranteed.

I second this, you don't need anymore speed, base 42 is far enough.
Or at least it's far enough that I'd consider putting Even Speed Wave a waste on him.
Odd Atk wave would help him secure the heavy blade proc.

I'm not sure about Galeforce, though, since it requires you to get hit once since it's got 5 charges.
Unless you run him with L.Hector and his Ostia's Pulse, then it's 4 turn and procs after your first combat if you trigger heavy blade ;)
