Build a - atk/+def Lewyn or fodder for Special Spiral?

So I finally pulled Lewyn but ofcourse his IVs are shit. I was thinking of just equipping an Atk +3 seal but I dunno. I can't give him Flashing Blade since Goddess Celica is using it.

I dunno who to give Special Spiral to if I decide to fodder him. If there are any suggestions, that would be nice.

Ok, who do you plan on giving special spiral to? Who are the main contenders? Also yeah I summoned a lewyn yesterday and I thought my stats were gonna be crap but it was +spd -def thankfully. I say use him for now till arena season is over for him.

I have no idea who to give Special Spiral to. I could give it to my Slaying Edge +3 Gray, Mage Celica, Soren, maybe my +atk Deirdre making her a green Lilina. I dunno. Any suggestions which units would make good use out of it? Gamepress only has two builds with Special Spiral right now, and that's Lewyn and Celica.
