Build for +atk -spd Bridal Tharja?

She is but with -Spd she's reliant on positioning to activate her bond and her tomes effect so she can't really be run as a player phase unit but she will be great for defense as her tome, bond and having 1 ally next to her puts her speed at 42, plus another 2 for each additional ally within two spaces so a possible 46 before hones and 58 attack, pretty much un-doubleable and deadly in return.
