Buffer for Infantry Blade Team?

So I'm building an infantry blade team with a +Spd -Def Nino, +Atk -Spd Lilina, and a +HP -Res Spring Lucina (only other 5* infantry blue mage is Delthea, and she's being used elsewhere)
The question is, do I use my 5* Ephraim (+Spd -HP), or my 4* Eirika (have the feathers to promote) (+Spd -Atk/ +Spd -Def)
There are probably other buffers too, but Ephraim and Eirika can give all 4 stats a boost of +4, which is very useful.

If the mages have buffs, i think that Eirika can be better, she could have +8 buff to hit.

I use Sothe like a buffer because he give +4 in all stats after attack and -4 for ennemies. Sometimes, my blade user (Tailtiu) can one shot green units
