Is buff can be stackable?

If i put flier unit with Hone Fliers (Atk/Spd +6 at the start of turn) adjacent to flier unit with Goad Fliers (Spd/Atk +4 during combat), will it stack into +10 or just take the highest value?

They will get the +10. Hone/fortify buffs don't stack with other hone/fortify buffs whereas goad/ward will stack with all buff types

They stack to +10. Hone's don't stack with more hones but goads always stack
