Although you got a bad bane, you definitely got the best boon. You can still set up a quad build as her attack is still on par with other top tier archers

Go for the quad. She'll still do fine, though admittedly -atk is the worst bane. +SPD will help though.

I would give her a firesweep build as that boon would most likely still give her double attacks without any retaliation. Brave bow build is still pretty good on her even though she has a bad bane.

I have -SPD and +ATK... It works but it's not too different from any other bravebow user. I'd rather have your IVs.
