bridal ninian or new year azura? Advice?

I just finally trained up a flier ninian for my flier team going on and accidentally pulled ny azura while going for winter chrom. I'm wondering which dancer would benefit my team more, or if i should go in another direction with my team?

Bridal Ninian without a doubt would be way better- a mage flier with Flier Formation on a team of physical fliers is godly on both offense and support, throw on dat Moonbow, and she's ready to go- I would just recommend Reposition instead of Draw Back maybe?? That and a tanky physical flier with Iote's Shield so you have at least one sure-fire answer to B!Lyn. But yeah, B!Ninian all the way!

I have yet to get my hands on a good bulky flier just yet, and I literally used my last reposition fodder on Camilla like I am just hoping I pull something. Thank though! I was scared I might have to put Ninian away for the sake of the team she's so pretty and useful

Beruka is arguably the bulkiest flier in the game, and it's up there with a lot of the bulky armored units (and Lukas), so if you're looking for a bulky flier, then Beruka is a very good option.

I also have a Myrrh in the works that could work? I don't have distance counter yet but I always thought of her as an option maybe? Or fallen F Robin once I get better IVs??

Yeah, there are many good bulky flier units, although if you're wanting merges, then you might want to exclude F!Robin from that since she's only available through B8 banners, unless you have plans on max merging her.

Myrrh is a 5* exclusive unit, so it'll take a while before she's at max merge, unless you're planning on getting her there.

Of course, if you're not worried about merges, then any of the 3 can do fine depending on the build.
