Is a +spd Cordelia still good for a brave bow build or is it better to build her with a firesweep?

Both are fine options. If you plan to go with Firesweep Bow route, make sure to give her Cancel Affinity to bypass Raventome users (if any).

+Spd allows her to run quad builds really effectively with Brave Bow+ and Life and Death + Desperation. Though, Firesweep Bow+ is just as solid if you have any Faye lying around.
