Bridal Charlotte build

I have a 5* star Cordelia that I kept for Effie, but I got a +Def -Res Charlotte and I don't know if I should give her the Brave Lance+. I have Luna, Threaten Def and Drag Back for her but no Death Blow. I already have Sharena and another Cordelia (+Res -HP) as lance users, but Cordelia didn't turn out to be as good as I hoped, and since I seem to never get Effie, Charlotte is the second best option.
Should I wait for Effie or build Charlotte?
