Bridal Charlotte!

Well that Charlotte dosen't actually Need to quad to much do her High Attack but lnd3 would put her to 33 with Seal and buffed 37 so quad not many but It allows her not to get doubled you Need with +Attack you Need to kill ohk your opponet. I have +sped One so i could Bo up to 36 unbuffed and 40 buffed and with that i can quad. Still you May have the Better One (still Better -res)
Since It allow to kill opponet instantly instead of +sped (which still is amazing)
