Honestly, they both work well. If it isn't a matter of which fodder you have more of, then I would even be leaning towards fierce breath in terms of performance. With her speed, she won't be getting doubled on enemy phase outside of bold fighter. This makes her inherently more bulky. And, assuming she'll double the opponent in return, that means she'll be hitting twice. So, her attack stat is factored into the equation twice (2 attacks) and defense only once (receiving one attack from the enemy) making attack more viable. Additionally, she hits 41 defense on enemy phase. Even assuming the opponent hits 60 attack, she has enough bulk without steady breath to take two hits (19 damage each). This means she can either withstand one bold fighter assault (assuming she doesn't K.O. on her first retaliation) or two separate attacks if her opponent doesn't have bold fighter, since they won't be doubling her. This is something that an extra 4 defense isn't really going to affect for better or worse; she hits a perfect amount of bulk already. Conversely, the extra attack will really help her punch through bulky units and hit those armors even harder. 57x2 is a lot stronger than 53x2
