I'm training my -Spd +Atk Sophia to promote to 4 and 5* right now am not sure what B skill to give her. More coverage or more tankiness against her targets?
If it helps, I already have a Raven Lilina with Swordbreaker and a standard Sanaki with R Tomebreaker.

the only person that raven mages need to run guard against is Quickened Pulse/Moonbow Reinhardt if anything, but that's for the squishier ones and the ones that aren't red. There isn't really anyone that Sophia needs to bait that Guard serves her better than Swordbreaker and honestly, Lillina does the same job strictly better as she can guarantee kill the higher resistance swords more reliably with her better attack.
Guard has no specific purpose on red mages in general (Raven especially), but it does allow her to completely block out all greens which is very useful if you want her to primary tank them. The main threats being Draconic Nino and Moonbow Sonya or Brave Axe users.
As for Swordbreaker, since you already run one on Lilina, and also have a Sanaki with R Tomebreaker, I would actually suggest running Quick-Reposte or even Bowbreaker instead to deal with colourless.
But personally, I would just give her all 3 in the end to and switch when you want to.
As for your Titania, Guard 3 works on Sonya, Felicia, and Lukas from the top of my head, but anyone that has high defences or needs it to counter Reinhardt can work.
