Break 3.25% or move on?

Built 3.25% on the Fates banner. Aside from that, I don't really care about these last banners very much. Been Green sniping for like 3 banners in a row, and I can't get past a +2 Libra.

I'm not super crazy about Flora or Nina, but I kind of want at least one of those.

3.25% barely gives you anything more than 3%. If you were offered Fates banner starting at 3.25% or other banners starting at their normal %, which would you go for?

Investors need to ask themselves this question too. If I sold my entire portfolio last night, would I want to buy the same portfolio in the morning if everything opened the same as it closed?

4 person banners aren't the best to pull on in the first place. Save up some orbs and decide on the last day. I'd probably pass on it.

On a side note: Speaking from experience, it might take while before you see more Libras but at least he has a higher chance of showing up compared to Soleil.
