Why put it on an armor when they have better cooldown options in the b-slot?

Like, just use special fighter and add DC? But then he won't auto-charge it so that he can initiate on you with a black luna. Mind you, I'm not sure he's quite going to kill you anyways if he can't double

That'd be a fantastic combo with Aether and a Breath skill. The killer effect of Urvan gives Aether a cooldown of 4, down to 2 from Special Spiral. Getting attacked on the enemy phase will proc the Breath skill, reducing the cooldown of Aether to 0, allowing you to use it on the counterattack. A similar strategy could work really well with L!Ike, better even since Ragnell has built in DC, which is great since the Breath skill takes up the DC slot.
