So I got a B!Roy back when the CYL banner came out, now he's up to lv40 and built quite well (galeforce, reposition, steady blow, desp). Only thing was he's -HP+Def, which didn't bother me much. Did his job well after a month's investment and SP-grinding. I'm proud of him :)
But I just randomly pulled a +ATK-Def one, which is amazing. But I kinda don't want to build him up from square 1, and I just dislike merging.
So... Which one do I use? Is +Atk really worth redoing everything, or is my -HP+Def one good to go? I am short on Desp fodders, so I'm fine with inheriting 1 of them. Or maybe I can give Galeforce to my Eliwood, now that he can use the Blazing Durandal too (YAY!!! LIKE FATHER LIKE SON!!!)

You have a lot of good ideas. I would personally (because I like the grind) level up the new Brave Roy and make him my main Brave Roy. I also have a brave roy -hp and +def and I love him. Hes such a good unit. You could level up the new one, or just inherit his skills onto some other unit like Eliwood which you said above. The choice is yours, but I would personally just grind up the new Roy.
