The Brave Redux banner...

... why, just why? This banner is one of the worst actions IS has done. Don't get me wrong, Owain is a great addition, and Kliff is someone I have waited for so long, but Loki... seriously??? Adding a villain, who's currently listed as the main antagonist in the FEH storyline, is so despicable. It's like being able to recruit Validar and S-Support him before actually fighting against him. It just doesn't make sense... You can't even summon for Veronica or Zacharias, although they are on your side.
Had to let it out.

The paralogue and her forging bonds dialogues will most likely just explain that she's from a different timeline or something like that, kind of like Brave Veronica. We can apparently summon people that died in the FEH storyline as well, so I think that a summonable Loki can't really hurt the consistency of the FEH story mode, because there was none to begin with.

Loki isn't exactly the main villain. She has her own agenda, biggest issue I see with her is that she doesn't exaclty have any sort of allegiance she will side with whoever can help her achieve her goal.

They seemed to have watered down her staff as well making her biggest draw actually being a terrible A skill (easy pass for me).

That Fort. Def/Res skill though...

Actually, her staff never was watered down to anything, it has always been Wrathful with Gravity Ploy on 2 range units. The threshold required her to have 3 more HP. No change has occurred.

It's been a while since I fought her I was thinking it didn't have the enemy range requirement. It would be a really cool staff if it wasn't for that limitation.

The reason is quite simple, this banner is the same as the Farfetched heroes from last year where they release character that ranked high in CYL that are not summonable yet and Loki ranked 6th, and she was the non summonable female character who ranked highest

Ehh, it's not that big of a deal tbh.
The only way the Feh story will get any more interesting is by bringing in better new characters.

And Loki is more akin to Aversa than Validar if we compare her to something.

Loki isn't important, Owain the greatness himself is finally here as he should be. A sword wielding jojo nerd.

And Kliff is shaping up to be one of the more interesting units. The simple idea of low attack=better stats really seems interesting to me.

I don't like the idea of summoning Loki either (I won't bother going for her at all) because I don't remember her being part of the ending of Book II, so there's no real justifiable reason she should be summonable, but the reason for this is being able to summon "heroes" from different universes and multiple dimensions, so I guess you can summon a "good" Loki as opposed to an "evil" one.

Same idea as being able to summon Gunthra when she died, Legendary Veronica that isn't out to kill you but befriends you (and fight her normal self). Heck, you can take up Grima, the wings of despair, the breath of ruin, the being that can destroy an entire world.

There's a lot that doesn't make sense, but exploring the ideas of different universe, dimensions, and times gives them reasons to.
