Brave Lyn IVs

I have a +Spd -Atk and a Neutral Brave Lyn, which one would you choose?

neutral would be better but you could work around the -atk for sure. B Lyn does have swift sparrow which can help her -atk and can further increase her speed. And a way to build her you could take atk smoke off for threaten def, and give her a brave bow+. she could prob quad most units since when attacking she would be at 40 spd. Then you can put her on a horse emblem team to further increase her spd and get her atk stat to reasonable levels. Neutral is definitely the "safe route" but the +SPD could still work.
