Lucina is like the Spur Delthea though, so Ephraim and Eirika should still see play.

But these guys are something else, not only are they OP, we get a free one guaranteed. I think they will run the meta until IS makes something new that's equally broken, but I think it would kinda be like playing around Rein or Horse Emblem against these guys.

I would honestly prefer better or bigger maps though, because I think the hardest thing about playing around these powerful units is not having the room to outplay them. If we had more strategy rather than constantly lose map control, I think it would be a lot more enjoyable against these monster units.

I mean, it is a gacha game, things can only get more and more OP from here on out.

They did probably go a bit overboard with making these heroes strong so that people feel the need to spend money on them. Especially the legendary weapons seem a bit too much.

They all seem like god tier units at least, so the only question is - which one of those is so good and unique that deserves the free summon?

Your main point is sound, but my god, you were using Hawkeye for anything but DB fodder?! I actually got mine to 40 but only bc it was my first wave of units and it was seriously painful to get there.

Perhaps IS is hoping that, even though they're going to the unprecedented step of giving everyone one, that there are enough lucinas or roys running around (bc they seem pretty inferior to the other two) that it balances out a bit. I've been hoping for a bow cav for awhile so I'm probably going for Lyn.

And, as one youtuber pointed out, with all the panic ploy enemies in the valter ghb there will probably be more of that in the future to try to deter people from horse emblem'ing everything.

Yeah, while these units are cool as all hell, it's a little concerning that they just kind of went "so what can we do to make ultimate anti-everything units?" Especially for limited edition units.

Until now, Bridal Cordelia was the only limited edition unit that was a top tier unit, and even then she's still only slightly better than what you can do with Setsuna, who almost anyone can merge into a 4* +10. Now you're getting four of these units, and at minimum 2 if not 3 seem to be game-changing if not broken.
