Brave Heroes are available for normal summoning now?

I looked in the 'Details' option for the new Crimea banner and saw that all the Brave Heroes are available as 5*Star summon options. Does this mean that they're now just available forever? I hope so, I need that Lucina and Ike.

It should be; the ones that don't appear after the banner ends are exclusive units

Yes, they were stated on the CYL banner to be permanent additions to the pool as opposed to seasonal exclusives. They can be summoned forever, although you'll need to get lucky since they're no longer focus units.

I need Brave Ike to feed his steady breath to Black knight.
