To Bravart: Turtle General Hawkeye revisited? (bump)
I always liked your take on Hawkeye that you made here:

And with the release of the Sacred Seal Forge, and a slight meta shift since then, I thought I'd bring his build back up and make a slight tweak to him to make him even more powerful!

Thanks to the Deflect Magic seal, the Sacred Cowl of the previous build is rendered obsolete for ranged damage reduction against non-bows, letting him even withstand many unbuffed green mages with ease, which isn't hard thanks to him running Panic Ploy at a whopping 45 HP. Only Armor units will be able to override this and certainly not the two Halloween ranged units (unless Jackob is +HP).
This seal free's up Hawkeye's special slot to a defensive special for melee altercations instead to make him an even more effective hybrid tank. Escucheon has the direct synergy with Shield Pulse that let's it activate on the first bait right away. However since he will almost always end up baiting in a mage for the team first, he gets a few free charges so you could run Pavise instead to tank a melee enemy after the fact if need be.
With a raw power of 50 x2 when initiating with the Brave Axe+, Hawkeye will be able to murder any blue unit he attacks with ease baring fringe tanks like Effie with a defense boon (she survives with 2 HP), Gwen, Lukas, well buffed enemies, or defensive tiles/specials ready.
Against enemy green units, he can 1 round kill every mage on attack except for Boey or Defense boon Merric (which is hardly used). The few non mage greens that get used he will not be able to slaughter from full health in one attack since most of the used axes have very high defense stats like himself (Amelia, Hector, Cherche, Fredderick, etc). However, he can usually deal massive damage to them regardless and withstand any counter attacks thanks to both his own decent defense and the trigger of Escutcheon/Pavise protecting him even further from harm.
In regards to Brave Lyn, the one bow user you will face consistetly, Hawkeye just barely dies to her normally, but if she has Hone Cavalry on her, a single Panic Ploy will nerf her hard enough that Hawkeye can withstand her attacks (not Brave Bow versions but those are rare) and her pitiful defense offers her no defense against his axe from laying her and her horse to rest on his turn.

Essentially, this is just a slightly updated version of the original Turtle General Bravart created some 2 months-ish ago that gained a bit more versatility thanks to the 'Deflect' series of seals.
