Brash Assault SS

Probably depends on how you play her and her team. Nowi is often a QR tank. If you play that and expect her to be healed brash assault doesn't help much. If you don't have a healer topping her off regularly then a brash assault could work wonders if the first engagement triggers QR and knocks her down to brash assault range for counter attack.

Ivs could also be the deciding factor. A +spd Nowi probably does better work with the +spd seal. a -spd Nowi would be way better off with the Brash assault most likely.

Well...def is better than +3 spd imo so go ahead and run it.
but she isnt really the best user of it in the first place. Ud want killer weapons for moonbows every turn or brave weapons
