Boom Boom Delthea

Got delthea +res/-spd (god, why). With her 34 speed, i cant make her to use Desperation like many build did (or it seems). However, she can still deal big demage with her 50 raw atk. Any recommendation build? Thanks.

You could always run any breaker skills, or try to patch it up with one of the sacred seals. That, or run Life and Death 3 to raiser her speed, but also not sacrifice her attack by just running darting blow instead of death blow. It really wouldn't make that much of a difference anyways, because with such low defense, anything physical will kill her regardless, so what's 5 points less?
