Book III theory

So I just had an idea about book 3. So the people we're fighting are an army of the dead right? So what if the dead characters from book 2 show up at some point and we have to fight them. He'll, maybe Fjorm can even die partway through the book and we end up fighting her. It was said at the end of book 2 that she was dying after all.
