Bonfire or Sacred Cowl?

So, I have a secondary account which I use to build units that I would no way in hell build on my normal account. Right now I am looking at possible builds for Oboro. I want to capitalize on her insane tanking ability, so I've been looking at a +Defense build with Fortress Defense. But my question is whether I make her capable of doing high damage with bonfire or if I increase her tankiness by giving her shield pulse and Sacred cowl/Aegis.

Answers

The pavise and holy vestment specials have no value without Shield Pulse 3. You'd get better value out of Close/Distant Def or Deflect seals.

For Oboro I'd recommend a similar build to Lukas, with a combination of Slaying Spear+ and Ignis to score kill (burst dmg) and passives specialized in defense and baiting (for example: Steady Breath/Stance and Quick Ripost).

Just use bonfire; With fortress Def her attack will be cut, so bonfire will mitigate that

I have a 4* merged Oboro with Fortress Def, QR and Ignis and she works pretty well
