Bonfire or Ignis for Sigurd?

I got a +defense Sigurd. I’m planning to keep close defense so he’d reach 43 defense. Should I use Ignis or should I use Bonfire for his special? Because Bonfire has a lower cooldown but Ignis has more power.

Imo I recommend bonfire, ignis will be overkill so Bonfire with the faster activation will be more useful.

Bonfire. The extra damage from Ignis would be overkill, so it would be better to pick Bonfire for faster results.

Does close defense add to bonfire/ignis damage?

Bonfire man. 90% of the time, the lower cooldown skills are the way to go.
