bond or sealed falchion on Lucina?

since other awakening falchion units can now get the sealed falchion, is it worth giving to my +spd/-hp Lucina?

I feel like the bond falchion favors enemy phase while the sealed falchion favors player phase. which does she perform better with in it's respective phase?

If you plan on using something like Fury with Desperation, Sealed Falchion all the way tbh. The buffs are stronger and it is less reliant on positioning, and she probably works better in player phase, with that Atk and Spd and Heavy Blade seal or something. I don't know. Steady Breath or Distant Counter or something are probably possible but I don't personally associate Lucina with the role of enemy phase tank.

You lose the healing effect but with a build like that, it's not necessarily a bad thing

If you going to use Fury, Sealed Falchion will work well, but remember that Aether and Renewal(b-slot) could desactive the effect.

Yes, bond Falchion is better in EP, but you can use on PP with smart positioning and when close to allies you can receive even more buffs + renewal effect, so its more a playstyle choice than "this is better, this is worse".

I personally prefer bond, Sealed have two restrictions and don't have the Renewal effect and only gives 1 more point to each stat in exchange.
