Invest in? His basic kit is great! Just use that, and, if ever the time came, fodder him off to someone deserving.

If you're only planning to keep one copy and never merge him, it could be worth foddering this one at some point if you plan to pull him again.

However, in my estimation this IV is not bad. Maybe not amazing, but not bad. He blows up pretty much everything on the ignis, so he can give up some atk to improve his res. The IVs I like better than this one are fewer than the IVs I like less than this one, which means if I pull another, I will probably prefer this one. If you feel the same, then you might just work with this IV.
