Bold Fighter/Steady Breath: Hector (LA) or Zelgius?

Hey, guys. I’ve finally gotten a bad IV Hardin and a second Brave Ike- leaving me with Bold Fighter and Steady Breath.

I have a +Def -Spd LA Hector that I’d like to give Bold Fighter. He has the QR3 seal and Vantage 3 in his B slot, but Bold Fighter seems like a better offensive choice.

However, I also have a +Res -HP Zelgius that has his base skill set plus Pivot. I feel like SB+BF would turn him into a mixed-phase monster, but that’d cost both my great fodder units.

I could also give LA Hector Bold Fighter and just give Zelgius Steady Breath, which is more potent than Fierce Stance for activating Black Luna.

Of course, I could also just hold off altogether. Tell me what you think! (SP isn’t an issue.)

Give them to Zelgius. Take this from a whale - Lector functions EXTREMELY well as an Ep specialist with his base set, you don't NEED to make him a dual phaser. Especially if he's on armor emblem with other dual phasers. Zelg on the other hand is super optimal with that set.

I don’t mean to be too corrective here, but I’m using a Valentine’s Hector, rather than Lector. Would your opinion be the same for rhe seasonal variant with Vantage as my current B skill?

For defense:

Zelgius is hard to deal with.

But hector can be left for last and easy to pick off once hes alone

For player: ull be baiting 99% of the time with hector so bold fighter will be unecessary most of the time

I suppose you have a point, but my Grima usually nukes stuff on Enemy Phase with VF. 53 HP, 67 ATK, 38 SPD, 43 DEF, 38 RES (Fury, Summoner Support, armor/dragon buffs, +SPD -DEF). I could always trade out Myrrh for a lance armor- would you recommend that?
