Boey: Oh! and there we go again... but I wanted Hector...

I am truly a king when it comes to pulling off banner greens. A 5* is a 5* so I am not complaning(yoloed it), but I pulled another 5* Boey and as bad as that unit already is, I pulled a -res +hp, also mediocre.

The first one I got, I gladly send home for a thousand feathers, because between Nino, Sonya(even with -spd +def, twice, both pitty breakers), Cecilia, Merric(pitty breaker obv, who pulls for this), and now even VA lilina, I don't see when I'll ever use Boey, especiallt given he is not +atk -whatever. Here's my question, what would you do with him?

he has good def I hear. Maybe build him like M!Robin? Turn him into a Brave Lyn counter?

If u have a Halloween Henry on an armor team, he could use a gronnowl too. Just some ideas.

Both Alethia and you are right, his tome could be decent on a HHenry, that I sadly don't own(I hate armor unit with all my soul anyway however). Henry uses this tome better than anyone else I believe. Maybe I'll keep him around to see if I ever pull a green mage that want his tome.

Considering Boey is easily built for merging due to his constant appearance, and has some decent skills in his arsenal for fodder purpose, getting rid of him seems a little foolish.

His tome isn't top tier, but some units could use Earth Boost and Renewal pretty well. Also, consistent play in the arena will always net at least 1,000 feathers at best, even for low level players like myself.

So... tossing a 5* isn't ever advised, regardless of the unit.

I already tossed several of bad 5*(4 or 5 I think) and the only one I regret is Tobin because of Armorslayer now refinable to armorsmasher. I already have a +10 Cecilia so I don't ever plan on doing arena with Boey, but most of the time it is indeed not a good Idea to send home a 5*.

Lol, I don't know if that is true, but thanks man you made my night, that very funny XD Why would you do that, Dorkass is a great unit haha. I feel you though, I got crazy lucky on the legendary banner, I free summoned SCorrin and with my very last orb(spent like 60 or so), got Eiphraim. Hope you better luck next time.

Wait to get pitybroken by another Boey and if he has good IVs, merge this one to that. He doesn't really bring anything worthwhile for fodder and renewal 3 is available on 4* units. Look at my example: in my entire FEH history since I started in November when Ver.2 released, I pulled three 5* Merrics (yeay Merrichristmas to me) and I still have all of them. Just waiting on a good IV one so I can merge them altogether. He can prove to be useful as a ranged tank. Do the same for Boey. 1k feathers is just a bad deal for a 5* unit. It's utter trash. I'd rather put my resources to work and so should you.

I 100% agree with you good sir. Sadly, I am not as new to this game as you, and I have probably much more ressources. I legitimately don't know what do to with him, and I already sent a 5* of him home haha. I'll pray I somehow pull HHenry if he ever come to a legendary Banner someday.

Yeah a raven build like Robin, make sense, I don't need that, but If I ever come up with too many feather some day, maybe. I guess I could do it with Gronnraven, the 4* version
