Now that we have beast units in the game, can Azura finally get her Blessed Lance weapon? I believe it did extra damage to beast units, so OG Azura would be the first unit to have a beast-killer weapon (and right now, the OG Azura needs something to stand out compared to all her other variants). Maybe we can see it along with Jakob's Tray as new weapons in a future update? (Along with other prf weapons getting new refines)
Going by that logic, Joshua's Prf. should be a Slaying Edge because that's what his artwork shows, whereas Saber's should be Audhulma since the weapon shown in his artwork looks like said weapon's Heroes design, not like the Golden Dagger which is, like its name states, a Golden Dagger.
Also not everyone hates Azura dude, and it'd be pretty fair to give her a Prf., heck even demoting her, so she becomes more accessible and gives people another option for the Dance color slot.
Beasts are monsters too. How many people do you know of that transform into werewolves and hawk men and other creatures of unspeakable horror? Also, this is Fire Emblem Heroes. They always change things to make it fit within the context of the game, so Blessed Lance can just be a beast killer weapon.
Beast units and Terrors are NOT the same thing.
Terrors are more akin to zombies, being corpses reanimated thanks to Duma and Cantors in Gaiden and Echoes. Undead creatures in short.
Laguz are living creatures who possess the ability to transform into animals, being also called "Children of Strength" by one of the goddessess from Tellius.
These two are totally different things and should not be put together in a single category, heck even the Laguz Killer was a different weapon from that of the Blessed Lance.
Did a quick Google search. Blessed Lance was effective against monsters and undead. Beast Killer was effective against Laguz. It was originally a knife in Radiant Dawn but turned into a Lance in Awakening.
Did some more Googling. There are two variations of Blessed Lance. I think one is the typical "effective against monsters and heals the user" while the other is from Warriors, which is the lance Azura used, that had Beast effectiveness.
With that said, I'm not really sure if they'll give her the regular Blessed Lance effect of or the Warriors one.
Laguz isn't a class. Pretty sure Selkie and Velouria weren't called laguz. Pretty sure Panne wasn't called a laguz. And do you want Azura to sit without a purpose? She needs a weapon, she's clearly holding the Blessed Lance in her art, so just give her the Blessed Lance and just make it fit Heroes context and turn it into a beast killer weapon. Wouldn't be the first time they changed a weapon up in terms of what it does. Plus, as I already said, it would make OG Azura unique from every other dancer/singer and her own alts.
Okay, for one, stop throwing baseless accusations please. No where in my comment did I say that I wanted her to be without purpose, and I noticed in another comment that you threw out that someone didn't like her simply because they said it came from a different game. Calm down and think logically about what you're saying.
Second, I used Laguz, but I should've specified. "Beasts" killer, from what I can recall, is effective against Laguz, Kitsune, Griffons, horses, Wolfskin, etc. Sorry.
Third, Beast effectiveness is not that "special". I mean sure, it's unique, but it's only really unique because Beast units literally just came out. After a while it wouldn't be all that unique because, if they do what I think they'll do, they'll add Beast effective weapons into the normal summoning pool.
It basically does the same thing across different games but with a few differences here and there.
In Echoes: Granted Anti-Terrors and Recovery, could be forged into Gradivus
In Awakening: Effective against Entombed and Revenants, granted Renewal
In Fates: Effective against Monsters and grants Renewal, Def/Res -3
