My girlfriend had gotten up to 5.25% on the Valentine's banner trying to get Hector, and didn't get the chance to summon on any of the other new banners because she was still trying for Hector.
The other day she got Lilina and is now contemplating giving up her free-to-play status now that the banner ends tonight.

She still has 8 days.

It's a bit old but, during the Performing Arts banner, I got 5,75% trying to pull Azura, and breaked this rate with a Soren, later 2 Olivias, and after 20 days I got my PA!Azura, in the end is a happy history, I belive in your luck
