Blarserpent Inheritance Options

In my quest for Summer Cordelia, I was pity-broken (I use the term loosely) by a F!Morgan, but since I already have one with better IV's, I figured her best use is foddering her for Blarserpent+. My question is who do you think would be good users of Blarserpent? I have a pretty decent amount of blue mages, so any suggestions are welcome.

Tough call since Blarserpent is a nice weapon. Unfortunately there aren't really any blue tome users that "need" it. Ideally it would be a unit with solid Res and preferable serviceable (but not required) Def. Most of the blue tome users that fit that profile also have good Spd however so they are usually better suited to being player phase units.

The only one that really comes to mind is Micaiah but her personal tome outclasses Blarserpent so there would be no real point in changing it. Mirror Stance is also nice SI for mage tanks so using that from her could be an option that another unit might like. There's also nothing wrong with holding her for now and seeing what new units come out in the next few months that might like to get their hands on either of those skills.
