Guys, the new Black Knight is we are getting in TT is insta merge right?

Or should I inherit Steady Stance to somebody?

Steady Stance is a very good skill for units that can't learn Steady Breath, my Xander use it to great effect. It's fairly interchangeable with Close Defense but both are rare fodder so I'd have a look through your barracks and see if a flying or cavalry tank could use it.

No problem. It's also handy if you want to inherit Steady Breath and Aether from the same Brave Ike, giving the the unit Steady Stance and Luna lets him give both.

I'm going to merge. I did kill a 4* BK to be able to pass Steady Breath + Aether off a Brave Ike.

Steady Stance is just an eh 200 SP skill. Fortress Def 3 found on Seth will do just as well in most situations. Xander and Camus are the best two candidates but I'm not that invested in them.

I don't really like Fortress Def since it costs 3 Atk to your unit and gives 1 less defense point than steady stance (although it is viable during player phase)

For me it's merging. I did merge the first two BK that we got on his TT. Then i bought the one in the Starter Pack making him +2. With this one he'll be +3 making him one of the most merged 5* units i have alongise Masked Marth and Lyon
