Black Knight B skill choice?

So my BK already has Steady Breath as well as both Black Luna and Aether, latter more for Trials and long events like that and former more for arenas and the like.

My question is if I should keep Wrath on him for the increased damage when on lower health or if I should swap him to Bold Fighter so when both attacking and defending he'll be getting Charge +1?

I'm thinking Bold Fighter is a better choice, but I'd like some input before foddering my W!Lissa lol
