A Bittersweet Sacrifice.

I'm trying to give one of my main units Death Blow 3, however the ONLY unit I have who's has learned this skill or has this skill is Ursula. I REALLY don't want to, but if I must, should I ax my lv.35 4* Ursula?
(Note: I don't have Klein, Hawkeye, or Effie. And Alphonse is still 2*...)

No, shes a grand hero, if you "ax her" you will be unable to ever get a ursula again... (unless she comes back in grand hero battle rotation, which I doubt). But if that unit is reinhardt with atk+ I would drop her in an instant without regrets. (My opinion from having DB 3 +atk Reinhardt).

Do you have the other two 3* Ursulas from that GHB? Also, I know it would be even more painful, but if you're going to sacrifice her, first raise her to 5*, or you'll only be able to inherit Death Blow 2.

What skill set are you trying to do and for what unit?

Check first to see if there are any alternate skill sets that you would be satisfied with. Because at 4* she only gets Death Blow 2 and she is a GHB unit so she's in short supply.

As suuslime said, you shouldn't sacrifice her in 9/10 situations. The 10th situation being for a super exceptional hero like a + atk Reinhardt (reasoning is that this means he's able to insta-kill 90% of the current meta-game really easily),
