B!Ike IVs

I have 2 B!Ikes with +def/-spd and +res -hp IVs. I want to fodder one for steady breath and keep the other with his vanilla skillset for PVE content.
Which one should I keep?

It's not like he needs speed to work and a def boon is very nice for him, so I'd say -spd+def is the best one

In the two I'd definitely choose -spd +def, increasing his defense transforms him into a physical monster, and he has his Urvan to reduce vast amounts of damage directed towards him anyways, even magical.

+def/-spd is one of the best IV sets. Keep that one.
