B!Hector IVs

So the other day I pulled a couple of B!Hectors on Hríd's banner, being +atk/-res and the opposite of that. I obviously won't be using the - atk one, just wondering if the extra attack is worth losing the res compared to the neutral one I chose from CYL2. I'm currently running him with fortress res seal to help patch it up, but would I be better off just dumping his res instead?

First of all: "Fortres res seal to help patch it up".......

+atk -res hector with fortress res seal
37 atk. 29 res. 175 stat total (NOT BST)

-atk +res hector with +atk seal
37 atk. 31 res. 177 stat total

+res -atk hector with atk/def seal
36 atk. 41 def. 31 res. 178 stat total

Theres no such thing as patching up a bad bane. Ur always giving up something in order to make up for it. And we are BEYOND fortress res. Its only good for ploying on units like Avis, silas and katarina since their weapons have a ploy effect and dont take up ur seal space itself for a ploy. Otherwise HP/res is better for increasing bulk the majority of the time

If you plan to use him as a mage counter. Then +res with DD seal is better. If its more as a melee tank then he needs all the atk he can get to get past high def armors so +atk is better. It comes down to what YOUR needs are
