Better stats for Camilla?

One thing that bothers me about Camilla: Her Res sucks, and in this regard, the problem is: It's too high. I have found a better way for her stat spread without adding a single point to her BST (which they could've upped a bit, for this: See Dorcas):
1. Lose 11 of her Res, 20 Res is still decent for the average axe user.
Making her stats: 37/30/32/26/20
2. Give 8 of those 11 to her Atk, so she is the same as Cherche (who threw her off the throne since day 1 because Intelligent System thought it was a good idea to make Camilla so stupidly weak.)
Her stats now: 37/38/32/26/20
3. Give 3 points to her HP
Her stats: 40/37/32/26/20. Isn't this better? Or maybe give her Res equal to that of Cherche (16) and add 3 of those to her Spd and another 1 to her HP.
Now we got the Camilla build: 41/38/35/26/16. A less bulky but faster and more offensive version of Cherche, so, wouldn't this be better? Way better? It's not great but if the teams of Intelligent System and Nintendo were smart, they would know this sounds 800x better.

TL;DR - Don't look at one unit in comparison to another. Look at a unit itself and see how you can capitalize off of that unit's strength.

So... what you're saying is make her like Cherche...? The problem many people have, in my eyes, is that they're too busy comparing unit A to unit B and, in doing so, fail to see what exactly makes unit A special in their own way. Camilla has the third highest resistance of all axe units, and the highest resistance of all flying axe units, meaning she can run Iceberg/Glacies if one chose to build her as a flying mage tank. Get rid of her Brave Axe (since it takes away from her speed) and give her a something like Slaying Axe+ and refine it for more speed so she can avoid being doubled by some units. Distant Counter to counter mages, or Distant Defense A slot, as well as S slot, and she can tank mages without a care in the world.

Yeah, people want to make character like this character, but then you just ruined what make that character good. Build to their strengths. Except Odin. He’s screwed no matter what. (Joke.)

I agree. Built my Camilla to be my flying res unit to tank mages (no DC to spare) and hunt dragons.

So... IS should make Camilla exactly the same as Cherche? Geez, not every unit has to be excellent. Why don't we give Odin the same statline as Linde? How about giving Lucina the same statline as Ayra? Let's make Gwendolyn Fallen Hardin 2.0! It's repetitive and pointless if every unit is the same.

A real Camilla lover would see Camilla to be a great unit as she is now. I really appreciate having more answers to mage threats, especially when considering just flying units that aren't seasonal. A lot of fliers are aggro by nature and usually don't want to take a beating, especially from range. Camilla fills a nice role of mitigating enemy threats so other units can take clean them up after.
