The better reindeer

Two Tharjas, one neutral and one HP+/Res-. Both have merits, but I want an honest opinion on which is the better one. I'm thinking neutral since she, along with a Res+ weapon upgrade, can take hits from blue mages in the Warriors maps.

What do you all think?
