Better Nephenee

I just pulled my second Nephenee, but neither have great IV's. One is -HP +RES, and the other is -SPD +DEF. I'm leaning towards the second one, I'm just not sure if either is really worth investing a lot into.

-HP and +RES is definitely worth investing into over -SPD/+DEF. You don't want a SPD bane on a somewhat fast unit. The Res at least adds to her overall bulkiness and can still build her somewhat offensively. If you don't have a good Ephraim/Brave Lucina, then I'd invest into it. Neither are really worth investing super hard into unless you don't have those.
