Better IV's for Dorcas?

+Res -Atk or +Spd -Def? I'm already using the first one with his base kit, and though I know -Atk is the worst bane, I like the Res superboon and frail mages are going to die anyway. What do you think?

I would go with the +Res/-Atk. I just recently got my first Dorcas with similar IV's (+Def/-Atk) and I still find him to be pretty effective as an enemy phase unit even with the Atk bane.
