Best weapon for Sheena

So im building a +10 Sheena for my arena core.
My sheena is a defensive one +res/-spd with the traditionnal DC/ Vengeful fighter/ Aether.

What would be her best weapon ? (arena and pve)
The new Hack-o'-Lantern+,
Slaying Axe,
Carrot Axe,
Sack o' Gifts,
and the spicy Hammer+ ?

I need to point out some things:
- if you're building her up for arena you need her to be +spd, as she has a superboon in that stat bringing her BST to 170,making her score higher
- if you want to score higher you need to give the kills to the bonus unit, so options that makes her get more kills should be excluded, this leaves the choice to either Carot axe for survivabily or Hack-o-Lantern to not charge enemies special, between the 2 I'd prefer the second
- for the same reason I have listed above, Vengefull fighter is not the best option as it will help her getting kills, if you have DC on her you can choose between Wary fighter of Renewals, another option could be running Close def and Renewal as her score won't change from running either Close def or DC, and the higher you score the rarer mages become

I agree, for arena I think Hack-o-Lantern with Wary Fighter and Aether is ideal. It lets her tank and do some damage without letting enemies charge their special. Her Atk is so low that even with a charged Aether, she doesn't kill many units with decent.

For PvE you would probably want to run Slaying Axe +Res or +Def, Vengeful Fighter, with Ignis.

Without QR seal, in PvE you'll use Vengefull fighter to double while for arena you don't need her to be able to double at all.
I'm building up a +10 Sheena myself and i'm running atk ploy in her C slot and def ploy as seal

You don't *need* her to be +speed for arena. You only "need" +speed IF when combined with all your other core units it will make your score go up by+2. This is not always the case, and in fact it is not the case most of the time. You should use the arena score calculator and check if it makes a difference.

The good thing is, even if it does indeed increase your score by 2, by not going +speed you can change several other skills in your other units, for something that you may really want to use but score less, without further decreasing your score.

As for the best weapons for each situation, this is what I would use (I have a +10 Sheena with DC, Vengeful Fighter, Hack o Lantern and the same IV as yours btw):
. Arena Offense - Hack o Lantern
. Arena Defense - Slaying hammer
. PVE - If you don't have to deal with strong red units then Slaying Axe, if you do then Hack o Lantern (this is mostly with Abyssal maps in mind, for regular PVE it's whatever)

Slaying Axe's effect seems useless to me if one's running her with vengeful fighter since she gets doubled most of the time. Vengeful fighter is enough to trigger aether without the cooldown bonus from Slayin Axe.

It's not. Vengeful fighter only adds +1 on YOUR attacks. You need both slaying axe and to get double in order to proc aether every fight.

If you are running steady breath you don't need need Slaying Axe though, you just need to get doubled (it does not stack with vengeful fighter btw, but it adds +1 on your attacks as well)
